Andreas Kusch, CEO

After graduating from studies in communications engineering, Andreas Kusch successfully completed the CCIE. Following employment at FMD in Hamburg and ABB in Hanover, he founded Netsprint GmbH in 1997 together with Jens-Peter Jacobs and Stephan Guhl, where as director he was responsible for customer acquisition and service in addition to duties in training and consulting. Since 2000 Andreas Kusch has been a member of the board of directors at avodaq AG (chairman of the board since 2006) and is responsible for sales and marketing.

Thomas Jakob, Managing Director Singapore

Thomas has worked in the IT and telecommunications industries since 1991, initially in Europe and since 1996 in Asia. Most recently he turned around the Singapore business unit of T-Systems as its CEO, tripling revenues and nurturing the operations to sustainable profitability while establishing businesses in Malaysia, Thailand and India. Prior to this, Thomas held various executive positions in Deutsche Telekom, concentrating on the financial and operational management of its activities in Asia Pacific. This included responsibilities for Finance, Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Marketing. Before joining Deutsche Telekom in 1996, he worked for Hewlett-Packard and Nortel in Germany, France and the UK focusing on Sales, Marketing and Product Management. Thomas holds a degree in telecoms engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Dieburg, Germany and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
