Cisco 360 Learning Program for CCIE Voice

Since 1997, avodaq has been a leading training partner in the field of Unified Communications. In addition to running a large number of Cisco CCIE Voice Bootcamps each year, we have also been the leading partner in developing the new Cisco 360 CCIE Voice Learning Program. This involvement, along with our extensive experience in implementing worldwide solutions in Unified Communications, allows avodaq to provide highly qualified Certified Cisco Systems Instructors with extensive practical experience. Only qualified and authorized Cisco Learning Partners like avodaq can offer the Cisco 360 CCIE Voice Learning Program.

Our Cisco 360 CCIE Voice Learning Program provides learners with the skills to develop an expert-level problem-solving process including options analysis to support complex Unified Communications technologies and topologies.

Our program is part of the blended learning curriculum that aids learners in preparation for the CCIE Voice Lab Exam. The student has a choice between our special avodaq bundles. These range from the self-paced individual track to the instructor-led tracks, all supported by different levels of expert mentoring support.

avodaq MentorGold

  • Advanced avodaq mentoring service is designed for CCIE Voice candidates with advanced expertise and knowledge, that require certified CCIE expert support during the learning process. It covers 10 hours of support by avodaq CCIE Voice certified mentor.
  • The service includes:
    • Expert evaluation of Graded Performance Pre-assessment Lab Exercise and Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises to build, improve, and adapt personalized and customized student’s learning path throughout the learning program
    • Attendance to one 1-hour scheduled live virtual classroom event (WebEx) where students ask and discuss most critical areas of expertise with their mentor
    • Off-line mentoring support to the extent that does not exceed the total mentoring service support time

avodaq MentorPlatinum

  • Extensive avodaq mentoring service is designed for CCIE Voice candidates with CCVP-level of expertise, with limited exposure to expert-level problem-solving techniques and limited field, design, implementation, and troubleshooting experiences. It is also designed for students that prefer self-paced learning approach. It covers 20 hours of support by avodaq CCIE Voice certified mentor.
  • The service includes:
    • Expert evaluation of all Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises and Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises to build, improve, and adapt personalized and customized student’s learning path throughout the learning program
    • Up to two 1-hour one-to-one individual virtual events, where mentor provides personalized guidelines in building up student’s expert-level expertise to get ready to take the CCIE Voice Lab Exam; mentor provide answers to student’s questions, discuss open areas, explains specific functionalities and approaches
    • Attendance to one 1-hour scheduled live virtual classroom event (WebEx) where students ask and discuss most critical areas of expertise with their mentor
    • Off-line mentoring support to the extent that does not exceed the total mentoring service support time

General Mentoring Services Terms

  • Duration: Mentoring service starts when the student takes the CIEV Pre-Assessment Lab and finishes when the student takes the actual CCIE Voice Lab Exam, but not longer than 12 months after the service start day.
  • Mentoring time: Total mentoring time cannot exceed the time defined in the selected mentoring service.
  • Response time: Guaranteed off-line mentoring support response time is up to 3 business days

Graded Performance Pre-assessment Lab Exercise

The Pre-assessment lab should be the first lab that is attempted by students, only after ensuring that they are comfortable with their skills in the Cisco 360 CCIE Voice Learning Program. A score report helps the student and the mentor to choose the appropriate curriculum. Learn more

CCIE Voice Workshop 1

This Workshop 1 teaches students how to use an expert-level problem-solving process including options analysis to support complex Unified Communications technologies and topologies. This course is targeted to technical professionals who are in their initial stages of preparing for the Cisco CCIE Voice Lab Exam. Learn more

CCIE Voice Workshop 2

This Workshop 2 teaches students how to use an expert-level problem-solving process, including options analysis, to support complex Unified Communications technologies and topologies. The course also allows learners to refine their end-to-end test-taking strategies and methods as well as both time- and stress-management techniques. This course is targeted to technical professionals who are in the final stage of preparing for the Cisco CCIE Voice lab. Learn more

Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises

There are 10 CCIE Voice Lab Performance Assessment Lab Exercises that can be taken independently or as part of an instructor-led workshop. Each assessment tests the student’s knowledge of concepts and technologies and tracks progress against learning goals. A built-in mentoring guide provides detailed feedback, corrections, and best practices for configurations. Assessments vary in difficulty for use at various stages of the learning process. Two Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises are included in the CCIE Voice Workshop 1 and four Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises are included in CCIE Voice Workshop 2. The remaining four Graded Performance Assessment Lab Exercises are standalone. These four are part of our avodaq CCIE Voice 360 Flexi bundle (see above) and avodaq CCIE Voice 360 Platinum bundle (see above). Lessons on Demand

These on-demand lessons combine audio and video with instructional screens and slides for self-paced study. The lessons include detailed explanations of selected topics and are supported by focused live exercises performed by CCIE Voice certified experts that describe the topics in a real lab environment.
