Since April 2021, we have been present with a branch office in Leipzig – in the heart of the old town. You can find us at Ritterstrasse 30–36, 04109 Leipzig, on the third floor, only a 4-minute walk from the central railway station.
Hypezig – A city with high potential and quality of life.
Close to the office there are well-known sights – such as the opera and the Gewandhaus concert hall on Augustplatz square. And we have the view onto two landmarks – the socalled Uniriesen (uni giant), which houses the seat of the University of Leipzig, the mdr radio station and the EEX (European Energy Exchange), as well as the Nikolaikirche church, a symbolic meeting place and the starting point of the Monday demonstrations and the peaceful revolution in 1989.
As a business location Leipzig has a lot to offer. It has excellent connections due to the Leipzig/Halle airport as a European airfreight hub, the largest terminus station in Europe and the busy A4, A9 and A14 motorways. Many renowned companies are represented here and 46,000 students at eleven universities offer great potential in terms of them finding skilled employees. This is partly why Leipzig is nowadays also known as “Hypezig”.
Friendly match: Hamburg – Leipzig
On 1 April 2021, the official opening day of the branch office, we all worked together. Colleagues from Hamburg organised the move, including the furniture, and at the Leipzig location the move went smoothly thanks to the hands-on support of those present. All technical aspects were managed by our internal IT department. As always, we placed great emphasis on teamwork.
