Best IT Service Provider 2022 - we have been awarded!

In the voting for the Best IT Service Provider 2022 (Bester IT Diensteister 2022) by COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, we won 2nd place in the sales category 50 to 250 million €. Yesterday, our Sales Manager Frank Romo received the award at the ChannelPartner Congress in Düsseldorf.

On behalf of ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE, the independent market research institute iSCM asked IT decision-makers from user companies in the second quarter of 2022 to rate the performance of the IT service providers that support them. The iSCM institute surveyed only those responsible for IT projects in user companies (CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors, department heads, etc.). They assessed the IT projects carried out together with their IT service providers over the past two years.

All project phases were included in the survey for the “Best IT Service Provider”. Starting with the preparation of the offer, through consulting competence in the run-up to the project, to the actual course of the project. Other criteria that were explicitly evaluated were adherence to deadlines, the price-performance ratio and the quality of support. Criteria such as project management, the quality of collaboration, the IT service provider’s innovation competence and its networking with technology suppliers were also assessed. A total of 720 IT service providers were evaluated by their customers, and avodaq was among the 62 that made it into the ranking by receiving a sufficient number of ratings.

According to ChannelPartner, we were able to score particularly well in terms of consulting and solution competence, the individual preparation of offers and the price-performance ratio. Our customers also appreciate avodaq’s uncomplicated cooperation and individually tailored proposal preparation. We are very pleased about the appreciation of our work in the “Best IT Service Provider” study.
