We like openness and transparency. That’s why we like to take you with us every step of the way and show you exactly how our application process works.
Questions about applying
We want to make things as easy as possible for you. That’s why we’ve selected some frequently asked questions about careers and applications.
Apply easily online. Click “Apply now” beneath the job that interests you. That will allow you to upload your CV, references and letter of motivation in just a few steps. Our recruitment team will then get in touch with you.
If we don’t have a suitable job advertised at the moment, you can still apply to work with us. We look forward to hearing more about you. Send your application documents, together with an idea of the salary you envisage and the date you might start, as PDFs to email@example.com. Follow us on XING and LinkedIn to stay up to date.
You can apply for multiple jobs at the same time. Simply upload your documents for each application. These will then be checked for each of the jobs.
Definitely. Our recruitment team will get back to you once they have decided in favour of or against your application.
In your online application, please supply us with a current, informative CV, preferably as a PDF. You will also need to send us a letter of motivation and any academic and professional references you have
Every job posting mentions a contact person who is available for questions.
If you’re interested in a job abroad, send your documents to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check whether the location you have in mind needs anybody.
We’ll support you, whether you’re doing an internship, working as a student trainee or doing your dissertation/doctorate. Can’t see a job that suits you? Apply anyway!
Students should set aside three to six months for their internship. Work experience for school pupils normally lasts for up to three weeks. Mandatory work placements can vary, depending on university stipulations.
Our trainee programme takes six months. The first three months is normally a theory phase, and in the second half you will deepen your practical knowledge.
