avodaq application process

From Hello to Welcome.

We like openness and transparency. That’s why we like to take you with us every step of the way and show you exactly how our application process works.

If you want to apply to work with us, we’ll need a covering letter, your CV, references, the salary you envisage and a potential starting date. Got all that? Then send your application.

We’ll get in touch.

Automatically and via email at first. We will then look carefully at your application and let you know soon whether, when and how we might take things further.

We’ll talk with you.

Great. You’re clearly a good fit. We’re looking forward to getting to know you. Who are you? What can you do? What do you love about working? We want to get to know you as a person and we want to answer your questions. The first conversation will usually be by video call.

We’ll meet.

Cool. The video interview clearly went well. Now we want to get to know you in person. We will invite you to one or maybe two interviews at our office.

You got the job. Once we’ve discussed general terms and the contract is signed, all that’s left to do is for you to start. We look forward to welcoming you!

And we mean it. We want you to feel at home here as quickly as possible. On our Welcome Day, you will get to know the avodaq Basics. After that you will know at least one person in every department who you can ask about things. An induction plan will bring you up to speed in the weeks to come, so that you can hit the ground running.
