For our location in Munich, we are looking for you as an apprentice (m/f) for office management with a focus on HR for 01.09.2023. From the first day of your apprenticeship, you will be an integral part of our 13-member HR team and will have the opportunity to get to know all areas and topics of our HR world, such as the operational HR business, HR development or recruiting.

What awaits you with us

During your 3-year training, we will teach you extensive knowledge and skills in the area of human resources. You will get to know all essential human resources areas and topics. This includes:

  • Personnel processing, including administrative support for employees in all personnel matters (e.g. drawing up employment contracts and references).
  • Payroll accounting, including entering and maintaining master data, but also keeping track of and requesting documents relevant to payroll accounting, among other things
  • Recruitment, where you will get to know personnel marketing and support the further development of the employer brand as well as recruiting in the search for new talents.
  • Finally, you will get to know the area of personnel development, where you can help to design training courses, for example.

Of course, you will also have the opportunity to actively participate in cross-departmental and cross-team projects. After your apprenticeship, we will give you the opportunity to take further training to become a specialist in wages and salaries (IHK).
