What you can expect from us

• You will further develop the HR strategy based on the company’s objectives.
• In close coordination with the Executive Board and the department heads, you will accompany the changes in the company that are necessitated by changing markets and the use of automation solutions and AI.
• You will be responsible for managing and steering the HR team (7 employees). You will contribute your own creative ideas in a dynamic and growing environment with short decision-making paths.
• You will also organise personnel development measures, shape our corporate culture and actively promote our employer branding.
• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process and ensure an efficient and positive candidate journey.
• You will ensure that HR policies and procedures are legally compliant, up to date and implemented in practice.

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a degree in human resources, business administration/economics or have a comparable qualification including relevant further training in human resources management.
• You have several years of experience as a People
  

  What we need you for

  As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you for our location inMunich or Hamburg as Head of HR (m/f/d) for our HR department at the earliest possible date. You will manage a modern department in the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and further develop personnel development . Your team will be based in Munich and Hamburg.
