As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our office in Munich or Hamburg as soon as possible as Head of Project & Service Delivery Management. 

You’ll take the lead in our Project and Service Delivery Organisation: four teams, 30 staff – and the responsibility for developing them in terms of structure, processes and people. You’ll have real scope to shape the organisation and play a key role in defining the strategic direction of our service and project business.

Here’s what you can expect from us

• Leadership for Managers and Developing High-Performing Teams (four team leads, ia total of 30 staff members)
• Strategic development of the entire deliveryorganisation 
• Definition and implementation of strategic objectives in line with the company’s development 
• Optimisation of processes and service quality 
• Direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success
• Collaboration with sales, technical teams and senior management 
• Regular visits to clients – you will also represent the organisation in direct on-site discussions 
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks and structural weaknesses, and developing sustainable solutions

What sets you apart

• Several years’ leadership experience – ideally including experience in managing managers 
• Experience in project management and/or service delivery management 
• Proven track record of delivering quality and business results
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI) 
• Strong leadership skills, clear communication and a hands-on approach 
• Enjoy working with customers & willingness to travel (50%)
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to deliver results 
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
