We are looking for you to join our Collaboration Team as an IT Service Consultant (m/f/d) Cisco Collaboration at one of our locations in Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Cologne (alternatively also remotely) as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us

  • You support our customers by accepting and processing their fault and support requests at 2nd/3rd level for all technology fields in the area of Cisco Collaboration
  • You will take on technical responsibility for Managed Service customers and work closely with colleagues, Cisco TAC and other manufacturers
  • Your tasks will also include supporting lifecycle projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • You will also develop creative solutions and expand your knowledge on a daily basis
  • You ensure compliance with SLAs and documentation for your customers
  • You will also take part in internal workshops and projects and actively contribute to our continuous development

What sets you apart

  • You have a degree or training in the IT environment
  • You have relevant experience in troubleshooting Cisco Systems collaboration environments
  • You have a high affinity for innovative technologies and good analytical skills
  • Ideally, you have already achieved CCNP Collaboration certification
  • You are characterised by a high degree of service and customer orientation
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
