What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of team leaders and employees (currently approx. 25) responsible for. You develop your employees and promote a motivating working environment.
• You define strategic goals for the department and ensure sustainable alignment with the company’s goals.
• You are responsible for resource planning, project controlling and escalation management within your teams.
• You are responsible for the budget, service quality and the continuous development of our technologies and of our portfolio responsible.
• You will work closely with our pre-sales, the sales department and our partners together.
• You will actively shape the strategic direction in close coordination with the division management and other managers.
• You represent our technological expertise both internally as well as to customers and partners.

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree – ideally with a technical focus.
• You have several years of management experience in IT infrastructure and / or security -environment.
• You have sound knowledge of project and service management.
• You are driven by your strong technological understanding and your enthusiasm for innovation.
• You motivate and lead your teams with clear communication, empathy and a strong hands-on mentality.
• You have a high level of problem-solving ability and analytical thinking skills.
• Entrepreneurial vision and the ability to develop and successfully implement departmental strategies round off your profile.
