Order clerk (m/f/d)

What we need you for

As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our Inside Sales/Operations team at our Munich location as an Order Processor (m/f/d) as soon as possible. You will be a valuable support for the Inside Sales/Operations team and for our Inside Sales Account Managers.

What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the qualified acceptance, entry and processing of orders
• You will be responsible for monitoring service contracts, checking their renewal and preparing the necessary renewal offers
• You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier contacts and monitoring delivery deadlines
• You will also be responsible for invoice verification and invoicing
• Communication with our customers and partners is also part of your area of responsibility

What sets you apart

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ideally, you already have some experience with interfaces to the topics of purchasing and preparatory accounting
• You are committed and show initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure
• You have very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• An open-minded and motivated approach to employees and customers as well as an eye for numbers round off your profile
