What we need you for
As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our Munich or Hamburg office as a full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours) Personnel Development Officer (m/f/d ) as soon as possible.
In your role, you will shape the framework conditions under which our employees (m/f/d) can develop their potential – in interaction with their role, the organisation, our systems and processes. We will familiarise you with our company, the business model and our strategic goals so that you can think holistically about development and drive it forward in a targeted manner.
