What you can expect from us

• You analyse and evaluate incentive and performance data and derive specific recommendations for action.
• You penetrate the complex manufacturer programmes (focus on Cisco C360, LCI 2.0) and ensure that they are used optimally.
• You support the implementation of sales campaigns.
• In the future, you will develop your skills and take responsibility for the planning and management of strategic investments (funding) with the manufacturers.
• You will actively help shape the programme area, build it up and develop it further in a future-oriented manner.
• You will work closely with Alliance Management, Sales, Finance and the Customer Success Team.

• You have a strong analytical understanding and work in a structured and solution-orientated manner.
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to convey even complex issues in a clear, understandable and target group-orientated way.
• You work on your own initiative, think entrepreneurially and actively drive issues forward.
• You enjoy working with data and recognise patterns and potential for optimisation.
• You have sound experience in working with complex IT manufacturer programmes (ideally Cisco).
• You have a team player mentality and are keen to take on a new challenge.
