What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the strategic consulting of our customers in the conception, implementation and further development of observability solutions with a focus on digital experience monitoring and network monitoring with ThousandEyes
• You design, implement and operate end-to-end monitoring solutions for hybrid IT landscapes (on-prem, AWS, Azure) and monitor Internet, WAN, LAN and cloud networks
• You analyse network, application and user experience data, identify performance bottlenecks and dependencies and derive specific optimisation measures
• You support troubleshooting and root cause analyses of performance problems, faults and failures across multiple technology levels
• You create and maintain dashboards, alerts and reports to transparently visualise availability, performance and user experience
• You pass on your knowledge in workshops, training courses and technical documentation
• You implement observability solutions and evaluate their impact on business processes in terms of digital resilience and excellence
• You support the pre-sales team and explain the added value of monitoring and observability tools on a technical level

What sets you apart

• You have completed training as an IT systems integration specialist, IT systems administrator or a comparable degreeYou
• have sound experience in using network monitoring tools and know how to monitor and analyse network performance and stability. Ideally, you have already worked with tools such as ThousandEyes, SolarWinds or Wireshark and can recognise network bottlenecks, latency or packet loss problems and create meaningful monitoring dashboardsYou
• have in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, routers, switches, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP and the functioning of network topologies (e.g. LAN, WAN, VPN)
• You have basic knowledge of cloud networks (e.g.
