What we need you for
As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our service team as a (Senior) IT Service Consultant (m/f/d) Cisco Systems – Enterprise Network for one of our locations in Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Cologne as soon as possible. Here you will support large and medium-sized customers and provide 2nd level support.

What you can expect from us
- You support our customers by accepting and processing their fault and support requests at 2nd/3rd level for all technology fields in the area of Cisco Enterprise Networks
- You take on technical responsibility for Managed Service customers, monitor their (SD) infrastructures and work together with your colleagues, Cisco TAC and other manufacturers
- You are also responsible for monitoring lifecycle projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
- You expand your knowledge on a daily basis and develop creative solutions
- You take responsibility for compliance with SLAs and the documentation of your customers
- You actively shape the cooperation with our customers and identify optimisation potential in the customer environments
- You participate in internal workshops and projects and actively contribute to our continuous development
What sets you apart
- You have successfully completed your studies or training in the IT environment and have approx. 3-5 years of practical work experience
- You also have experience in operating and troubleshooting enterprise network environments
- Points of contact with the manufacturer Cisco Systems and a CCNA certification are desirable
- You have good analytical skills and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
- You are characterised by a high degree of service and customer orientation, commitment and initiative
- You have a very good command of German and English
