• You create structures, coordinate our marketing projects and campaigns and always keep an eye on the budget
• As the first point of contact for our marketing employees, you proactively support them with strategic, cross-project issues and help with operational implementation
• With your eye for optimisation potential, you drive the further development of our (digital) marketing and communication landscape together with the experienced marketing team
• You bring in new impulses and implement ideas and projects pragmatically
• You connect relevant people inside and outside of marketing and ensure a smooth flow of information and exchange with other departments and teams
• Collaborating with our management, executives and external stakeholders is part of your everyday life

What sets you apart

• You have relevant professional experience in (digital) marketing and communication, ideally in a strategic or coordinating role in an IT or B2B company
• You are versatile in marketing and feel comfortable holding many strings in your hand
• You enrich the team with your communicative and cooperative manner and bring your network to bear in a profitable way
• You live the “hands-on mentality”, show a high degree of initiative and are not afraid to make decisions
• You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, structured work and a good feel for people and processes
