What you can expect from us

• You are for the teamCyber-Security Services team as a manager and mentor (m/f/d) responsible. You will provide regular feedback, conduct employee appraisals and take care of qualifications and the further development of your team.
• Together with your team, you will support our customers by Classifying, analysing and evaluating anomalies occurring in their networks and providing corresponding case-based recommendations for action. Together you will take on the technical responsibility for the managed service avodaq IDR, whereby you and your team, Cisco TAC and if applicable. other manufacturers.
• You will be responsible for process and technology development in the area of cyber security services. You will also support your team in the development and introduction of new cyber security service products.
• You define standards and ensure effective knowledge management.
• You will work closely with the other team leads (m/f/d) der Services and Security together.
• As a team, you support lifecycle projects and ensure customer satisfaction. You also take responsibility for compliance with SLAs.
• You actively shape the collaboration with our customers, identify optimisation potential and develop creative solutions.

What sets you apart

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration, IT system administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree.
• You have extensive experience with network security, ideally in the Cisco environment.
• Desirably you are cyber security certificationen and ITIL Foundation Expertise part of your profile.
• Commitment and initiative are a matter of course for you.
• You have a structured, customer- and goal-orientated way of working.
• You are prepared to take responsibility for your team colleagues beyond your technical area. (m/f/d) to take over.
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanour are a matter of course for you.
• You have very good German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
• You have a class B driving licence.

As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join one of our locations inHamburg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Stuttgart as Team Leader (m/f/d) Cyber-Security Services as soon as possible.

Using innovative services and tools, you and your team of security analysts will manage our customers’ cyber threats. In addition to your technical role, your focus will be on mentoring and leading your team and collaborating with the other Team Leads (m/f/d). You will drive product development within this technology and support the Manager (m/f/d) Infrastructure
