For our location in Leipzig we are looking for you as Team / Project Assistant (m/f/d) for IT Services. In your role, you will support our two managers in the areas of Collaboration and Infrastructure Services with diverse and challenging projects and organisational tasks. Our employees in both areas look after our customers and provide 2nd & 3rd level support for technologies such as Enterprise Network, Video or Collaboration.

What awaits you with us

  • You coordinate and drive operational IT projects forward and thus make a decisive contribution to their successes
  • The planning, coordination and documentation of workshops is also part of your responsibilities
  • You prepare presentations and reports in an appealing and clear manner
  • Coordinating, preparing and following up on appointments is one of your tasks.
  • You are also responsible for office management in Leipzig – including topics such as ordering.

What sets you apart

  • You have completed a commercial / business administration or technical apprenticeship or a comparable course of study.
  • You have gained initial experience in the project business
  • ITIL or service knowledge is an advantage
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and are skilled in preparing presentations.
  • You have organisational skills, a self-confident appearance, an independent way of working as well as teamwork and communication skills.
  • You have fluent German and good English skills
  • A high affinity for IT and a certain willingness to travel round off your profile.
