What you can expect from us

• You support us with active sourcing on LinkedIn.
• You coordinate interviews and support the recruiting process for young professionals and unsolicited applications.
• You will keep our applicant management tool (Personio) up to date and help with the processing of job adverts.
• After your induction, you will conduct telephone interviews and job interviews independently – always supported by the team, of course.
• You will be involved in social media content and exciting HR projects.

What sets you apart

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of economics, business administration, HR management or similar and have at least 4 semesters ahead of you.
• You are interested in recruiting, HR and social media.
• You are communicative, reliable and enjoy working in a team on site.
• You are confident with MS Office and have ideally already worked with applicant management systems (e.g. Personio).
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and getting involved in projects.
• You are fluent in German and English.

What we need you for

For one of our locations in Hamburg or Munich, we are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) Recruiting ( 20 hours a week) for our Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible.

As a working student (m/f/d), you are an integral part of our HR team and actively support 360° recruiting at avodaq. You will help us to find the right talent and accompany applicants (m/f/d) from the first contact to successful onboarding.
