At this year’s Cybersecurity Summit in Hamburg, Florian Neubauer (Team Lead IT Security, avodaq AG) and Jan Arfwedson (Director Sales Healthcare & Security, avodaq AG) were honoured for their expertise and presentation skills. With their masterclass ‘Cybersecurity dynamics 2025: Why XDR protects your company from the attack you don’t see coming’, they impressed the expert audience and secured 2nd place in the Masterclass Speaker Award.

In their presentation, Florian and Jan demonstrated the important role that Extended Detection & Response (XDR) plays for the security architecture of companies in a practical and forward-looking way. The focus was not only on technologies, but above all on strategies for how companies can react to complex, often invisible cyber threats at an early stage – a topic that is more relevant than ever in view of the increasing threat situation.

The event has become an established exhibition in the north and is aimed specifically at a highly specialised audience from the IT security sector. In addition to exciting presentations, the summit offered numerous opportunities for dialogue with experts.
