We like openness and transparency. That’s why we like to take you with us every step of the way and show you exactly how our application process works.

Hello!

You want to apply for a job with us? Great! We need your resume, references, salary requirements and a possible start date. We are happy to receive letters of motivation, but this is not a must. Have you got everything? Then send us your application.

We'll get in touch.

First of all, automatically by e-mail. So that you can be sure that we have received your application. After that, we will take a careful look at your documents. In any case, we will let you know in good time whether, when and how we will proceed.

We get to know each other.

Great. You’re clearly a good fit. We are curious about you. Who are you? What excites you about the job? What would you like to know about us? First of all, we get to know each other. The first round is usually a telephone interview with a recruiter. In the second round, you get to know the department and they get to know you.

We will meet.

Cool. Our first interview was obviously a match. Now we’d like to meet you in person. And hopefully you want to meet us, too! We invite you to one or two interviews at our office.

You got the job. Once we’ve discussed general terms and the contract is signed, all that’s left to do is for you to start. We look forward to welcoming you!

Welcome!

And we mean it. We want you to feel at home here as quickly as possible. On our “Welcome Day”, you will get to know the avodaq basics. After that you will know at least one person in every department who you can ask about things. An induction plan will bring you up to speed in the weeks to come, so that you can hit the ground running.

Questions about applying

We want to make things as easy as possible for you. That’s why we’ve selected some frequently asked questions about careers and applications.

How do I apply to work at avodaq?: Apply easily online. Click “Apply now” beneath the job that interests you. That will allow you to upload your CV, references and letter of motivation in just a few steps. Our recruitment team will then get in touch with you. Click here for our current job offers.
I can’t find a job that suits me on the website. Can I apply anyway?: If we don’t have a suitable job advertised at the moment, you can still apply to work with us. We look forward to hearing more about you. Send your application documents, together with an idea of the salary you envisage and the date you might start, as PDFs to jobs@avodaq.com. Follow us on XING and LinkedIn to stay up to date.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?: You can apply for multiple jobs at the same time. Simply upload your documents for each application. These will then be checked for each of the jobs.
Will I get feedback if my application is unsuccessful?: Definitely. Our recruitment team will get back to you once they have decided in favour of or against your application.
What documents do I need to apply to work at avodaq?: In your online application, please supply us with a current, informative CV, preferably as a PDF. You will also need to send any academic and professional references you have. On top you can stand out to us positively with a letter of motivation.

Does avodaq offer jobs outside Germany?: If you’re interested in a job abroad, send your documents to jobs@avodaq.com. We will check whether the location you have in mind needs anybody.
What job offers are there at avodaq for graduates/students/school pupils?: We’ll support you, whether you’re doing an internship, working as a student trainee or doing your dissertation / doctorate. Can’t see a job that suits you? Apply anyway!
