After your apprenticeship or successful completion of your studies, we will prepare you step by step for your career.

As a career starter, you can join us directly as a junior or in a comparable position. You can also choose to join our trainee program. We provide you with the necessary industry knowledge, IT know-how, and soft skills through internal training and further education.

OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMS

Your ideal start

Are you looking for a working environment with a future and want to help shape the success of a modern IT company? Then start as a trainee at avodaq. We offer trainee programs with a commercial and technical focus.

Design your career according to your personal interests! We will prepare you for your career within six months. Good starting conditions as an avodaq trainee are an open view of IT topics and trends, an independent way of working, and the motivation to learn new things.

The most important facts at a glance

Location: Hamburg – for the first few months, then move to an avodaq location of your choice.
Working hours: Full-time
Start: Depending on availability. Our technical trainee programs usually start in autumn, our commercial trainee programs in spring and/or autumn. We advertise the programs early – please follow us on LinkedIn.
Contract: Open-ended
Mentor: You will have an experienced mentor at your side.

TECHNICAL FOCUS

Our technical trainee programs

You can further develop your IT passion and expertise and gain deeper insights into the areas of network infrastructure, security, collaboration and automation or hybrid cloud. Part of the trainee program is also the completion of a manufacturer certification from Cisco, for which we will prepare you in the best possible way.

Trainee System Engineer
– Focus security (m/f/d)

During the six-month trainee program, you will become a security professional. During the three-month practical phase, you will support our customers with their IT security, process customer inquiries and carry out monitoring and troubleshooting for customers. You will also work with experienced colleagues on exciting IT security projects.

Trainee System Engineer
– Focus network (m/f/d)

During the trainee program, you will expand your network skills on the job. You will support customers in operating their IT environments in hybrid cloud scenarios. Together with colleagues, you will plan and implement modern communication infrastructures and be involved in SD-WAN projects.

ADMINISTRATIVE FOCUS

Our ddministrative trainee programs

The focus of our administrative trainee programs is on project management and inside sales. You will gain in-depth insights into the project business, get to know our customers, and find out what goes on in front of and behind the scenes of an IT company. Of course, you will also learn the basics of IT infrastructure, security and collaboration to make it easier for you to enter the IT industry.

Trainee Project Management (m/f/d)

Here you will deepen your knowledge in the field of project management within two months and get to know the technology fields in which we work.

You will then enter the project business and actively support our project managers in customer projects.

You will keep an eye on the budget and help ensure that the project runs according to plan and that our customers are always satisfied.

Trainee Inside Sales (m/f/d)

In the practical phase, you will get to know our customers and support your colleagues in customer care. For example, you will prepare offers and contracts, check delivery dates and be informed about all customer issues.

We will prepare you step by step for this important role with our customers. During the theory phase, you will be given all the tools you need and will also get to know the products and technology fields in which we work.
