After your apprenticeship or successful completion of your studies, we will prepare you step by step for your career.

As a career starter, you can join us directly as a junior or in a comparable position. You can also choose to join our trainee program. We provide you with the necessary industry knowledge, IT know-how, and soft skills through internal training and further education.

OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMS

Your ideal start

Are you looking for a working environment with a future and want to help shape the success of a modern IT company? Then start as a trainee at avodaq. We offer trainee programs with a commercial and technical focus.

Design your career according to your personal interests! We will prepare you for your career within six months. Good starting conditions as an avodaq trainee are an open view of IT topics and trends, an independent way of working, and the motivation to learn new things.

The most important facts at a glance

Location

All trainees start the first few months together in Hamburg. After that, they move to an avodaq location of your choice.

Working hours

As a trainee, you work 40 hours a week, i.e. full-time.

Start of the programme

Depending on availability. Our technical trainee programmes usually start in autumn, our commercial trainee programmes in spring and/or autumn. We advertise the programmes early – you can also follow us on LinkedIn.

Contract

Your contract with us is open-ended.

Support

You will have an experienced mentor at your side during the trainee programme.

Nils is a system engineer in our IT security department. However, he joined us four years ago as a trainee. We asked him about the avodaq trainee programme.

🌟What do you think is special about the trainee programme?
Definitely the proximity to practice. Everything was so theoretical at vocational school. The trainee programme combines the two. I thought that was great.

🚀 Was the trainee programme a good start to your career for you?
Absolutely. Especially fresh out of training, you get so much expertise at your fingertips. And the support from the mentors in the second trainee phase also helps you to really get going in your day-to-day work.

💚 Would you recommend the avodaq trainee programme to others?
Yes, absolutely! It’s simply a great start. You get a lot of know-how, learn directly from the experts and are very well prepared for everyday project life. You don’t get this level of depth at a vocational school. And despite the extensive programme, there’s still plenty of fun to be had.
