As a career starter, you can join us directly as a junior or in a comparable position. You can also choose to join our trainee program. We provide you with the necessary industry knowledge, IT know-how, and soft skills through internal training and further education.

Location

All trainees start the first few months together in Hamburg. After that, they move to an avodaq location of your choice.

Working hours

As a trainee, you work 40 hours a week, i.e. full-time.

Your contract with us is open-ended.
