Transition to single-client strategy

For this internationally active customer, we technically implemented and rolled out a single-client strategy for collaboration using the Cisco Webex App and supported it with change management measures. The new solution significantly reduced the complexity for employees in daily use, replaced the existing telephone systems and reduced provider costs.

Safe communication in a KRITIS-environment

For this customer from the health sector, the task was to develop and implement a highly available on-premises telephone system for everyday hospital use. Together with the customer, we developed a technical infrastructure that is operated redundantly and with short update cycles. In the future, security updates can be carried out in such a way that the daily routine of the clinic is not affected. In addition, an emergency manual was created together with the client in case of an emergency.

Implementation of Microsoft Teams

The conversion to Microsoft Teams as a complete collaboration solution with underlying telephony infrastructure was the goal for this customer from the manufacturing industry. The focus was on fail-safety and usability with existing voice and video infrastructure. Using central gateways from Audiocodes, it was possible to implement a temporary dual telephone system strategy and achieve the goal of a single-client solution in a very short time.

Cloud telephone system with Cloud Contact Center

Size: 2,000 employees
Project duration: 10 months

In this project, we carried out a one hundred percent move-to-cloud strategy in terms of consulting, technology and services. The existing on-premises telephone system was replaced by a Cisco Webex Calling instance. Through the additional implementation of the Cisco Webex Contact Centre, a modern and agile alternative for direct customer and supplier contact was established and the complexity in administration and operation was significantly reduced. Configurations and monitoring tasks are now carried out centrally and web-based.
