Our customer was faced with the challenge of maintaining a 24/7 operation of its unified communication system with minimal personnel resources. With the managed service concept developed and implemented by us, we can guarantee ongoing operation at all times and intervene directly and with minimal response times in the event of a problem. In addition to services, the implementation of the concept also includes ensuring the highest possible IT security, proactive monitoring of the UC environment and reporting to the customer.

Implementation of a New Telephone System Including User Adoption

Our customer in the public sector was faced with the challenge of replacing the existing telephone system with a modern solution. Both a soft client and hardware components were considered.
