What we need you for
As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you for one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Stuttgart as a (Junior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) for our Collaboration Team at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will support our large and medium-sized customers with projects in the area of Cisco Collaboration

What you can expect from us
- You are responsible for the (independent) realisation of projects
- You design and implement technical solutions from Cisco and Microsoft in the collaboration environment and hand them over to operations
- You create customer documentation and conduct technical workshops and training sessions
- With your technical expertise, you will accompany the customer’s sales team and support the preparation of offers and tenders
What sets you apart
- You have successfully completed a degree or training in the IT environment
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the project or service business in the collaboration sector
- Ideally you have a certification from Cisco or Microsoft
- You are a strong presenter and find it easy to present technical issues in a simple way
- You are characterised by commitment and initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure
- You have a driving licence (B)
- You feel most comfortable in a team and value personal collaboration on site
- German language skills at level C1 and good English skills at level B1 round off your profile
