What you can expect from us

  • As a sales manager, you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your sales team of account managers and inside sales account managers
  • You know the market and develop ideas for the further development of the customers in your area of responsibility
  • You develop strategies and suitable catalogues of measures for your team to support existing customers, expand relationships and acquire new customers
  • You know how to motivate, competently support and individually develop your team
  • You are responsible for the success of your team members
  • You are experienced in relationship management with customers and manufacturers at C-level
  • You understand the content, conditions and industry standards of offers and standard contracts

What sets you apart

  • You have experience in leading sales teams
  • You have a degree or a comparable high-quality education
  • You have extensive experience in the sale of complex IT solutions, ideally with manufacturer contacts to Cisco Systems or other global market leaders
  • You are characterised by a high degree of quality awareness and commitment with the will to succeed
  • You are goal-orientated and think in strategic measures
  • You have experience in defining tasks, responsibilities and processes and developing organisational structures for future challenges
  • You impress with your strong communication skills and sociability, as a basis for both building long-term customer relationships and creating a unified team spirit
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have a high willingness to travel
