Hamburg, 16 April 2024 – avodaq AG, Digital Business Partner for businesses and leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions, receives Gold Partner status from Five9.

This marks an important milestone in the strategic partnership between Five9, a leading provider of the Intelligent CX Platform and avodaq. The two companies are thus further expanding their cooperation to accompany further customer segments groups on their way to a holistic customer experience.

Gold Partner status is the highest level of certification that a company can receive when working with the international cloud contact center and intelligent CX platform provider, Five9. Over the past few weeks, avodaq has trained and certified their employees. As a result, avodaq offers extensive expertise in all aspects of Five9 products and solutions.

Using the Combined Expertise to Optimize the Customer Experience
