What you can expect from us
- You are responsible for the Observability team as a manager and mentor. You will provide regular feedback, conduct employee appraisals and take care of the qualifications and further development of your team.
- Together with your team, you are responsible for providing strategic advice to our customers in the area of observability and monitoring solutions, in particular for the Splunk, ThousandEyes and Dynatrace solutionsTogether
- with your team, you implement monitoring solutions and evaluate their impact on business processes in terms of digital resilience and excellenceYou
- are not afraid to analyse performance problems that lie in the network or within software components
- You work closely with customers, internal teams and technology partners to develop tailor-made solutions for
- our
- You have already gained intensive experience with at least one of our three observability solutions (Splunk, ThousandEyes or Dynatrace) and are not afraid to familiarise yourself with the other two as well
- You have extensive knowledge in the areas of network performance, software performance and observability
- CI/CD, SRE and platform engineering are familiar concepts that you can navigate with confidence
- You have a deep understanding of IT infrastructures as well as cloud and on-premise architectures
- You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system administrator or a comparable degree and have ideally already led a team
- Commitment and initiative are a matter of course for you
- You have a structured, customer- and goal-orientated way of working
- You are willing to take responsibility for your team colleagues beyond your technical area
- Good communication skills and a confident demeanour are a matter of course for you
- You have excellent presentation skills and are experienced in the use of PowerPoint
- You have a very good command of German and English
