We are looking for you as a Backend Developer (m/f/d) for our software development department at our locations in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich . We develop our own software products and also provide support in individual software solutions based on our technology and partner portfolio as part of our cross-divisional customer projects.
Our development teams rely on strong team cohesion with mutual support, because good software solutions are best realised as a team.
Our software stack is designed for stability and long-term development horizons and focuses on Python with Django, FastAPI and Angular, among others. Our tooling includes GitLab, automated CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes. Our applications run in the public clouds at AWS and Azure, as well as on local, virtualised servers in our network or in customer networks. We primarily work according to SCRUM in our development projects.

What you can expect from us
- As a Backend Developer (m/f/d) you plan new solutions according to recognised best practices and focus on clean and maintainable code
- You will primarily support the development of customised software solutions based on our technology and partner portfolio in our team for cross-divisional customer projects in the backend
- You contribute your experience to the team and can help shape your own development and that of the team
- You will work closely with our software consulting team, which supports operations as a DevOps team, as well as other technical areas (e.g. IT infrastructure, collaboration, data centre, security)
- We work in agile teams with a Product Owner, Scrum Master and a cross-team Quality Manager
What sets you apart
- Completed vocational training or technical, scientific or computer science studies
- You have 3 or more years of professional experience in software development
- Your stack includes Python and server frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
- You have experience with Git workflows and ideally have already gained experience in working with Docker
- You have experience in working in interdisciplinary development teams and in the successful application of agile methods
- You speak our working language English and at the same time have a very good command of German
