As part of your dual study programme, you will work with us in the commercial IT service environment. You will further develop the defined service catalogue, establish processes for updating and introducing new products and introduce life cycle management for the service catalogue.

What you can expect from us

• You will gain comprehensive insights into “Service Consulting” with a focus on development and consulting for our service products
• You will also deepen and expand your knowledge in the area of “Processes and product launches” with a focus on automation
• Thanks to the expertise you gain from the various specialist areas, you will make a significant contribution to providing Sales and Service Delivery Management with an attractive portfolio and making onboarding easier for the Service department

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed your university entrance qualification or A-levels (soon) with very good results
• Ideally, you have an affinity for technology, can explain technical problems simply and have a convincing business mindset
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy analytical thinking and working in a team
• Ability to present yourself and technical contexts
• Your way of working is characterised by proactivity, independent work and a high level of self-motivation
• Fluency in German, good English skills are an advantage
