As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin, you will support our large and medium-sized customers in a permanent position and provide 1st class support.

What you can expect from us
- Your expertise is in demand: you solve reported support requests by phone and remotely
- You take over the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware on site at the customer’s premises
- In the event of a fault, you will organise the hardware replacement process
- Part of your job is to accept and process support requests in a qualified manner
- You will also carry out standard changes using a provisioning tool
- You forward fault reports to downstream support units
What sets you apart
- You have successfully completed vocational training, ideally in a technical field
- You have at least one year of professional experience, preferably in the IT sector – career changers with the relevant expertise are also welcome
- You are characterised by a high degree of service and customer orientation
- Your working style is characterised by independence and structure and you have a confident manner when dealing with customers and project partners
- A constant willingness to learn, enthusiasm and a quick grasp of things round off your profile
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German
- You have a class B driving licence
