As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin , you will support our large and medium-sized customers in a permanent position and provide 1st & 2nd level support in the area of Cisco Borderless Networks and Unified Collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with customers, manufacturers and your team.

What awaits you with us

  • You work closely with the service desk of our customers
  • Part of your tasks is the acceptance and qualified processing of support requests
  • You will also carry out standard changes via a provisioning tool
  • You will support the further development of the provisioning tool
  • Your expertise is in demand: you solve reported support requests by telephone and remotely
  • You forward fault reports to downstream support units
  • You ensure the smooth running of development and test activities
  • In the event of a fault, you organise the replacement of hardware
  • You control and monitor the tickets according to the Service Level Agreements
  • You support the improvement of IT processes
  • Together with da team you dyou ensure the availability of the service hotline in the avodaq Service Center
  • You create and maintain customer documentation
  • You also ensure customer satisfaction

What sets you apart

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in a technical field.
  • You have at least one year of professional experience, preferably in the IT sector – career changers with the appropriate know-how are also welcome.
  • You are proficient in the use of current Windows operating systems (client) and Office suites.
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • You have a high degree of service and customer orientation
  • You are committed and show initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a convincing and confident manner when dealing with customers and project partners.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
  • A constant willingness to learn, enthusiasm and the ability to grasp things quickly round off your profile.
