We are looking for you to join our Collaboration Team as an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Stuttgart or Cologne as soon as possible. As a System Engineer (m/f/d) Collaboration at avodaq AG, you will support our large and medium-sized customers and provide 2nd and third party support.

What you can expect from us

• You support our customers by accepting and processing their fault and support requests at 2nd/3rd level for all technology fields in the area of Cisco Collaboration
  

  What sets you apart

  • You have successfully completed a degree or training in the IT environment
  • You also have relevant experience in troubleshooting collaboration and video environments from Cisco Systems
  • You are characterised by commitment and initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure
  • You have a high affinity for innovative technologies and good analytical skills
  • Ideally, you have already achieved CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certification
  • You are characterised by a high degree of service and customer orientation
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
